The Tap to Pay on iPhone feature (a feature so that sellers can use just their iPhone XS or newer for contactless payment with another iPhone (or a Global Discover Network, Visa, Diners, Mastercard, and American Express card or non-Apple digital wallet), no contactless payment terminal needed) has been around since 2022, and it's now in 3 new countries: Canada, Italy and Japan. First, Italy. The myPOS, Revolut, SumUp, Adyen, Viva, Stripe, and Nexi banks (plus Apple stores) all already support the feature, with Numia, Sella and Fabrick to support it soon.

Next, Canada. The banks Moneris, Square, Stripe, and Adyen all already support the feature, with Chase Payment Solutions and Aurus (among others) to support it soon. Apple stores? Tap to Pay will be accepted later this year.

Finally, Japan. GMO Financial Gate's, Ltd.'s, and Square's apps will support it, while Adyen is coming soon. It will be accepted in Apple stores too.
